LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is available as a live 45-minute workout, and is the first in our Limited Edition collection. These programs will change on a regular basis to keep the timetable fresh with innovative ways for you to work out.

Just getting started?

Don’t sweat it if you don’t have experience with weights – your instructor will guide you through the moves to build confidence during class and in the weights room. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle, and a sweat towel. Weights will be supplied in the class.
